What’s so exceptional about Matt was his character, he was already a kind-hearted person to begin with. Once I told him what kind of house I wanted, he was on the top of it. Matt is two for two in my book! I have worked with Matt twice and can confidently say that I will work with him again in the future and will recommend him to any and all of my friends and family. Matthew helped to find what we wanted in our first house. I was a first-time homebuyer and had NO CLUE what to look for or expect. I thought I had my mind made up when deciding what house, I wanted. But Matthew fed me houses like a buffet. Some houses fit my likes, while others I would have glanced over and missed out on if he didn’t point them out.
